You may cancel your request for consulting services before work has commenced. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@enervisory.com. If your request is approved, any fees paid in advance may be refunded, minus applicable administrative fees.

If Enervisory is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen business interruptions or external factors beyond our control.
If a technical error results in duplicate payments.
